Description

The Senior Project Manager - $80M ground up multifamily build:

• Manage all aspects of the $80M multifamily construction project, ensuring completion within budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to maintain project alignment and resolve issues.
• Oversee procurement and manage subcontractor relationships to ensure quality standards are met.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the job site.
• Lead project meetings and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members as needed.
