Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking an experienced Superintendent for multifamily construction in South Florida. The role oversees ground-up, affordable housing and high-rise projects, ensuring safety, quality and progress across sites in Miramar/North Miami and surrounding areas.

Ideal candidates bring GC or multifamily developer background with strong leadership, scheduling, and coordination skills to drive projects from groundbreaking to closeout and to maintain schedules within established requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience as a superintendent with a GC or multifamily developer.
• Ground-up multifamily, affordable housing, or high-rise residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural, MEP and interior construction.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multiple construction phases.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations from groundbreaking through closeout.
• Manage subcontractors, schedules and site logistics.
• Maintain project safety, quality and production standards.
• Coordinate inspections, deliveries and construction sequencing.
• Communicate progress and challenges with project leadership.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and within established requirements.
