Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Construction Project Manager for ground-up multifamily projects across California. You will lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires OSHA 10 certification and construction project leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CM or Civil Eng; PMP is a plus.
• Experience managing multifamily ground-up projects and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Prepare and negotiate project contracts; clarify scope and contract limits.
• Maintain project docs including schedules, budgets, and WBS.
• Develop and track financial reports against the budget.
• Manage changes, RFIs, and quality control; ensure safety standards.
