Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Construction Project Manager to lead ground-up multifamily projects across California. You will manage projects from planning through completion, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with budget and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• OSHA 10 certification is REQUIRED.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proficiency in project estimation, scheduling, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
• Prepare and negotiate project terms; ensure all parties understand scope and contract limits.
• Maintain project documentation including schedule, budget, and WBS.
• Develop and maintain project financial reports; track progress vs budget.
• Manage changes, risks, and quality control; supervise subcontractors.
• Ensure OSHA 10 safety compliance and timely submittals.
