Job summary

Jobot is actively seeking a Construction Project Manager for ground-up multifamily and mixed-use projects in California. You will own projects from preconstruction through completion, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of PM experience, a CM/CE background, OSHA 10, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Ground-up multifamily, mixed-use, or similar commercial construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Current OSHA 10 Certification required.
• Experience with project estimating and scheduling.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with construction/project management software.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Directly work with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Oversee estimating, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Ensure safety and quality on site.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
