CyberCoders is seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to lead on-site multi-family projects in Charleston. You will manage schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality according to plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction superintendent experience with multi-family projects.
• Proven ability to lead field teams on ground-up multi-family developments.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, safety, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on site construction activities for multi-family projects.
• Manage project schedules and coordinate subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications.
• Conduct site meetings and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders.
• Monitor quality control and address field issues proactively.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety requirements.
