Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to lead on-site multi-family projects in Charleston. You will manage schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality according to plans.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of on-site supervision, ability to read drawings, strong leadership and communication, with experience in ground-up multi-family developments. Competitive salary and generous benefits offered.

• Proven ability to lead field teams on ground-up multi-family developments.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, safety, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

We focus primarily on garden-style, wraps and podiums in Charleston Metro. We are looking to bring on a Superintendent that has lead at least one of these deals on their own. If this is you,
