Job summary

MPI is seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent in the Chicago area to oversee day-to-day field activities, coordinate with investors, and drive project milestones for mid-rise and ground-up developments. The role requires leading a large team and ensuring safety and quality across sites.

You will review plans, bid submissions, and supervise site logistics while maintaining professional client-facing interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Civil Eng, Architecture or related field preferred.
• 4+ years as a construction superintendent for a general contractor required.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field activities to meet milestones and schedules.
• Review blueprints and bids with stakeholders to execute bids.
• Lead construction planning and site logistics with the team.
• Monitor subcontractors to ensure quality and safety standards.
