You will manage from requirements and design coordination through supplier selection, construction, commissioning, startup, and handoff to operations, coordinating with internal and external partners to meet safety and production goals. You will direct consultants, design firms, and contractors to ensure deliverables meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Experience supporting facilities, building systems, or industrial engineering projects.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication skills for leadership.
• Professional Engineer licensure and LEED knowledge are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil facilities engineering from design to handoff.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Legal, IT, and Purchasing.
• Manage scope, schedules, estimates, risks, and commissioning.
