Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise all construction activities for projects.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors to develop plans, schedules and budgets.
• Manage subcontractor performance, progress, quality and safety compliance.
• Perform site inspections and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure records are organized.
