Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years in construction project management or related roles.
• Rough knowledge of construction principles, codes, safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise all construction activities for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors on plans, schedules and budgets.
• Manage subcontractor performance, progress, quality and safety compliance.
