Job summary

Russell Co. is seeking a Construction Superintendent to supervise all phases of construction projects in the Midwest. You will coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure plans, budgets, and schedules are met.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in CM or related field, 5+ years in construction project management, strong leadership, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office. Travel may be required; valid driver's license is a must.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
5+ years of construction project management experience.
Knowledge of building codes, safety standards.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency with Procore and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities for assigned projects.
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors on plans and budgets.
Manage subcontractor performance, quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
Conduct site inspections and monitor progress and risks.
Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance.
Maintain project documentation and records.
Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams.
Travel as required.
