Job summary

Leoforce is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial construction projects in the Twin Cities area. The role requires overseeing site logistics, safety, and quality while coordinating with subcontractors and project teams to keep projects on schedule.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of commercial construction experience, prior Superintendent or Field Supervisor roles, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Previous experience as a Superintendent or Field Supervisor.
• Ability to manage commercial projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of plans, specifications, schedules, and sequencing.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site activities.
• Experience managing project schedules and milestones.
• Strong knowledge of quality control and construction standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations and site logistics.
• Oversee subcontractors, schedules, and project quality.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and timely delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, owners, architects, and engineers.
• Build relationships with trade partners and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot field issues and keep projects moving forward.
