Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for ground-up and interior buildouts in the Chicago area. You will lead projects from kickoff through closeout, manage budgets, schedules, and safety compliance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in commercial construction, strong OSHA knowledge, and proven leadership and communication skills. Competitive salary and benefits are offered with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and other safety regulations and procedures.
• Experience in healthcare, commercial, education, multi-family, and office construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software, and other relevant tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities
