Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial projects end-to-end across retail, office, industrial, hospitality, and mixed-use sectors with real autonomy. You will own budgets, schedules, and subcontractor scopes, while serving as the primary owner-facing contact throughout the project.

With 5+ years of PM experience on the GC side, you will collaborate with field teams, uphold safety standards, and build lasting client relationships that drive repeat business at a fast-moving,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience on the GC side of commercial construction.
• Experience across retail, office, industrial, hospitality, or mixed-use project types.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or comparable tools.
• Excellent communicator with a client-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle — preconstruction, buyout, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
• Serve as the primary owner-facing contact throughout the project.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor scopes.
• Lead RFI and submittal processes, change order negotiation, and cost reporting.
• Coordinate closely with superintendents and field teams to maintain schedule and quality.
• Uphold and model the firm’s safety standards on every project.
• Build lasting client relationships that generate repeat business.
