Job summary

Rocket Lab USA is seeking a Ground Systems Engineering Intern to support the Test Ground Systems team at the Stennis, Mississippi site. The role focuses on Archimedes engine testing, instrumentation, controls, and data capture to accelerate the Neutron program.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in engineering or physics programs, with a GPA of 3.0+, and have 3+ months of applied engineering experience. The internship spans 12 weeks and onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor's, master's or doctorate program in an engineering discipline or physics with at least one semester remaining after internship.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• 3+ months of applied engineering experience (internships, labs, or projects).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
