Tyonek Native Corp in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Ground Support Equipment Worker to perform repairs and routine maintenance on GSE following instructions from higher-grade technicians.
You will test, service and document maintenance actions, disassemble and reassemble components, and ensure safe operation and readiness of equipment for aircraft support. A high school diploma, at least two years of mechanic experience, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance are required.
The Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Worker makes repairs to GSE following orders of a higher-grade worker, troubleshooting malfunctions of GSE using conventional and digital multi-meters, voltmeters, ohmmeters, frequency counters, oscilloscopes, circuit card testers, transistor testers, and hand tools, prepares GSE for storage and transportation, uses automated maintenance data systems to maintain equipment records, and document maintenance actions, maintains external fuel and grounding systems.
