Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to obtain CBP background investigation clearance (US citizenship required).
• Current valid state driver’s license; CDL with HazMat endorsement required.
• 2+ years of full-time diesel generator/vehicle experience; 1+ year on gasoline engines.
• Proficient in Office applications (Outlook/Word/Excel) for communications.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair GSE; train lower-grade workers on diagnostics and repair.
• Monitor maintenance trends using automated data systems; maintain records.
• Diagnose/repair GSE with meters and test equipment; inspect and test operation.
• Maintain fuel and grounding systems; ensure safe operation of GSE.
• Disassemble/reassemble GSE components; prepare for storage and mobility deployment.
• Handle hazardous materials per environmental standards; dispose of waste properly.
• Provide dispatch support, maintain vehicle records, and assist in mission requirements.
• Travel periodically to support customers’ mission.
