Alpine Tree Service in Morristown, NJ, invites motivated individuals to join this summer and gain hands-on experience in tree care. This paid opportunity places you directly with Arborists, Climbers, Operators, and Plant Health Care pros, offering real-world exposure beyond basic labor.

No prior tree experience is required, but you must have at least one year of outdoor work. We train the right person and provide safety gear, on-the-job training, and opportunities for advancement as you grow

• Driver's license is required; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tree pruning and removals.
• Rigging and ground operations.

Alpine Tree Service is looking for hardworking, motivated individuals to join our team this summer and gain hands-on experience in the tree care industry.

This is a paid opportunity to work directly alongside experienced Arborists, Climbers, Operators, and Plant Health Care professionals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’ll gain real-world exposure to professional tree care operations — not just stand around dragging brush.

Responsibilities may include:

• Tree pruning and removals
• Rigging and ground operations
• Equipment operation and job site setup
• Planting and landscape support
• Job site cleanup and safety procedures
• Working alongside crews on residential and commercial properties

*No prior tree experience is required but you MUST have more 1 (full) year working outdoors. We are willing to train the right person.*
