Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in aviation, business, or related field.
• Experience as a Team Leader with manpower planning.
• Familiarity with FAA and Aircraft Operator Standard Security Program regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with station labor relations, operations efficiencies, maintenance, facilities, safety, and security
• Oversee daily operations while aligning with company goals and customer expectations
• Coach staff and provide career development
• Address non-compliant behavior and implement disciplinary action as required
• Ensure policies and culture are reflected in daily work
• Manage staff with varied duties
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
