Job summary

The role requires airline or compliance background, a US driver’s license, and successful completion of pre-employment checks including background, color vision, and drug tests. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior Airline or Compliance experience required.
• Must pass all pre-employment testing including a physical, color vision test, and drug test.
• Must pass FBI background check and obtain US Customs seal.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new hire and annual recurrent training for all station personnel.
• Deliver ramp OJT and Driver Training – Secondary OJT and other training based on training qualifications.
• Project a professional image/conduct at all times.
• Ensure training delivery supports safe and secure operations to the highest health, safety, security, and government standards.
• Support employees and supervisors in health and safety compliance measures.
• Align training with Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations.
