Responsibilities

• Assist station management with daily operations and department goals.
• Coach and develop staff; manage disciplinary actions as needed.
• Oversee safety, security, facilities and labor relations during shifts.
• Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
