Universal Sports Auctions is seeking a Video Content Creator & Social Media Manager to build and run our brand's video and social media presence from the ground up. The role requires creating compelling videos, graphics, and posts, with regular travel to local games and events to capture content.

You will plan and execute a content calendar, manage multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), and collaborate with ownership on campaigns to grow the brand across the Twin Cities and beyond.

Qualifications

• A few years of professional experience in video editing and social media management.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and graphic design skills.
• Proven experience running brand social accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• A sharp eye for brand building and content that performs.
• A reliable personal vehicle for regular travel to games, signings, and events around the Twin Cities.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit professional‑quality video for social media, ads, and website, including short‑form and long‑form.
• Design graphics for social posts, promotions, and marketing materials.
• Plan, post, and manage day‑to‑day content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
• Travel to Vikings, Wild, and Twins games, autograph signings, and events to capture content.
• Build and grow online brand presence and following.
• Develop and drive a content calendar and posting strategy with minimal direction.
• Partner with ownership on brand direction and campaigns.
