Qualifications

• Valid Barber/Beauty License (required).
• Experience providing haircuts and beauty services.
• Compassionate, patient, and caring approach to working with elderly residents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide haircuts, styling, and grooming services to residents.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, following infection control procedures.
• Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure exceptional service.
• Communicate and collaborate with the nursing team to provide specialized care for residents.
• Adapt grooming services to meet the unique needs of each resident, especially those with limited mobility or health concerns.
• Ensure all equipment and workstations are sanitized per infection prevention protocols.
