Responsibilities

• Provide haircuts, styling, and grooming services to residents, including special attention to their comfort and needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, following all infection control procedures.
• Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure exceptional service.
• Communicate and collaborate with the nursing team to provide specialized care for residents.
• Adapt grooming services to meet the unique needs of each resident, especially those with limited mobility or other health concerns.
• Ensure all equipment and workstations are sanitized in accordance with infection prevention protocols.
