Willows Post Acute in Willows, CA is seeking a Barber & Beauty Professional to enhance resident well-being through grooming services, haircuts, and styling. You will help residents look and feel their best in a compassionate, health-conscious setting.

You will work with a caring team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, supporting individualized care plans and promoting dignity and comfort for each resident.

Responsibilities

• Provide haircuts, styling, and grooming services to residents, including special attention to their comfort and needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, following all infection control procedures.
• Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure exceptional service.
• Communicate and collaborate with the nursing team to provide specialized care for residents.
• Adapt grooming services to meet the unique needs of each resident, especially those with limited mobility or other health concerns.
• Ensure all equipment and workstations are sanitized in accordance with infection prevention protocols.

As a Barber & Beauty Professional, you will play a key role in ensuring our residents feel their best by providing grooming services such as haircuts, styling, and other beauty services. You will offer personalized care to each resident, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience while maintaining a clean and safe environment. Your role will make a positive impact on their confidence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Must Have

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or healthcare setting
• Specialized skills in other beauty services (e.g., nail care, skin care)
