Petco Animal Supplies, Inc. is seeking a Grooming Salon Leader to oversee daily grooming operations and mentor a team of groomers. You will manage scheduling, coaching, and performance while delivering top-quality grooming for pets and exceptional care for clients.

The role requires 2+ years as a professional groomer and 1–2 years in salon leadership, with strong communication and a passion for pets. Workweek includes weekends and a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience as a professional groomer.
• 1–2 years of salon management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to develop and coach grooming staff.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day grooming salon operations and scheduling.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise grooming staff.
• Create efficient grooming schedules to maximize capacity.
• Monitor revenue, customer satisfaction and productivity; act on insights.
• Provide expert grooming services and ensure safety and quality.
