Petco Animal Supplies, Inc. is seeking a Grooming Salon Leader to oversee operations and guide the grooming team while delivering high-quality services to pets. You will manage scheduling, coaching, and performance to ensure customer satisfaction and safe grooming.

The role requires 2+ years as a professional groomer with leadership potential, strong communication, and knowledge of breed standards; full-time schedule including weekends may apply. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as a professional groomer and/or completion of a technical grooming training program.
• Strong leadership skills with the desire to lead, train, and develop people; prior salon management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with pet parents and grooming team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day grooming salon operations, scheduling, capacity, inventory, and staffing.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise grooming staff; provide coaching and evaluations.
• Perform professional grooming services including bathing, drying, brushing, haircuts, styling, nail trimming, and ear cleaning.
