Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a professional groomer.

• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise grooming staff.
• Create and manage efficient grooming schedules to maximize capacity.
• Monitor revenue, customer satisfaction, and partner productivity.
• Perform professional grooming including baths, trims, and styling.
