• 2+ years' experience as a professional groomer or completion of a grooming training program
• Strong leadership and coaching skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the grooming salon and optimize workflows
• Recruit, train, and supervise grooming staff; provide coaching and evaluations
• Create and manage grooming schedules to maximize capacity and meet demand
• Monitor revenue, customer satisfaction, and productivity; develop improvement plans
• Interact with pet parents to offer grooming recommendations and resolve concerns
• Perform professional grooming tasks per breed standards and policies
• Maintain a clean, safe grooming area and sanitize tools regularly
