Pet Supplies Plus is seeking Experienced Groomers in the United States to join our pack and help pets look adorable and smell irresistible. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered for new groomer hires with 1+ years of experience.

The role emphasizes grooming, safety, and neighborly service while you build relationships with pet parents. Expect a commission-based pay structure with potential for a guaranteed minimum, plus benefits and career growth.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year grooming experience with formal training certification and/or experience under an established certified groomer.
• Ability to move or lift merchandise, equipment or pets weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend or stoop for extended periods of time.
• Ability to provide your own equipment (clippers/blades/scissors/etc.)
• Flexibility in working evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Grooming and styling pets per owners’ instruction and/or according to breed standards.
• Delighting neighbors and pets with grooming services, like brushing, bathing, and conditioning.
• Always ensuring the wellness and safety of furry patrons.
• Developing long-term relationships with pet parents by understanding their needs and recommending products and services that will keep their pet healthy and happy.
• Community outreach to attract new neighbors into our store.
• Continuing to develop skills and pet grooming techniques while growing your career.
