Pet Supplies Plus is seeking Experienced Groomers to join our pack and help pets look adorable while delivering neighborly service. Expect a $1,500 sign‑on bonus for hires with 1+ years of grooming experience.

You’ll groom, style, and ensure safety while engaging with the community in a friendly, pet‑centered environment. The role emphasizes grooming services, product recommendations, and ongoing skill development with opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year grooming experience with formal training and/or in‑store certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend or stoop for extended periods.
• Own grooming equipment required.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays flexibility.
• Must pass drug screening and be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Delighting neighbors and pets with grooming services, like brushing, bathing, and conditioning.
• Grooming and styling pets per owners’ instructions and breed standards.
• Ensuring the wellness and safety of furry patrons.
• Developing long‑term relationships with pet parents and recommending products.
• Community outreach to attract new neighbors into the store.
• Completing Safety Training certification.
• Maintaining a clean grooming environment.
• Assisting store team during grooming downtime.
• Continuing to develop grooming skills and career.
