Job summary

Crystal Mountain is seeking a Groomer II to safely operate snow grooming equipment and maintain high-quality skiing conditions across the resort. The role includes routine inspections, redistributing snow, and coordinating with mountain operations to ensure safe overnight grooming.

The position requires 2+ years of grooming experience, knowledge of PB 400/600, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in all weather conditions. Wages range 26.00–28.00/hour, DOE.

Qualifications

• 2+ years grooming experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of PB 400/600 operation and maintenance.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operates PB600 snowcats safely.
• Performs daily machine inspections and reports damage.
• Moves snow to provide adequate coverage of skiing/riding surface.
• Communicates with crew via 2-way radio.
• Reports obstacles and hazards to supervisor/ski patrol.
