Job summary

Three Bears Alaska is seeking an associate to stock, merchandise, and assist customers in a busy store in Alaska. You will use a forklift or pallet jack to move pallets, assemble displays, and ensure signage and safety standards are met.

The role requires reliable, physically capable team members with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work holidays and weekends. In-person location with training provided.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stocking and merchandising product on shelves and displays.
• Assist customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack to move merchandise and load/unload trucks.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness, follow company procedures.
• Assist in other store departments as needed.
