Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure fresh and appealing displays; front-face, rotate, stock shelves.
• Stock and clean grocery shelves, bulk bins, frozen and dairy.
• Monitor spoilage and communicate waste to team.
• Maintain back stock in good order.
• Assist with sampling program; keep areas full and clean.
• Complete spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets.
• Assist with periodic inventory checks.
• Arrive on time; attend trainings and meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers promptly.
• Maximize sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, merchandising.
• Follow health and safety procedures; maintain cleanliness.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties; ensure pricing accuracy.
• Report safety hazards and violations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
