Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• 2–3 years of related retail experience.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze financial and statistical information.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise team members in day-to-day store operations.
• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet needs.
• Mentor and coach team members; support career growth.
• Ensure customer service and sales goals are met with Meijer standards.
• Maintain merchandising and store appearance during peak hours.
• Promote safe work environment and ensure training completion.
• Handle disciplinary actions and performance management.
• Direct P&L and control shrink.
