Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1-2 years management experience in grocery and/or related retail experience; natural foods industry a plus.
• Able to manage changing priorities.
• Must be able to obtain forklift certification and maintain state food safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet and service customers per company standards of World Class customer service.
• Provide leadership for staff and ensure professional conduct.
• Handle customer complaints per company policy.
• Ensure store is inviting, with in-stock products and proper product rotation.
• Supervise scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for store personnel.
• Manage safety guidelines and compliance with food safety regulations.
