WinCo Foods in Henderson, NV is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in planning, coordinating and managing store operations to control costs, meet labor targets, and ensure a safe, customer friendly shopping environment.

You will oversee stock replenishment, store appearance, safety, and staff performance, with opportunities for advancement through the Manager Apprentice Program. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Manager Apprentice Program or 1+ year as Store Manager/Director, or 3+ years as Assistant Store Manager/Director.
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities with clear communication.
• Ability to supervise, train, and discipline staff as needed.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Manages the Grocery department in compliance with policies and laws.
• Monitors store appearance and conditions for cleanliness and productivity.
• Maintains a safe environment to control costs and liabilities.
• Leads by example with integrity and professional conduct.
• Monitors labor productivity and ensures efficient utilization.
• Executes merchandising plans and store initiatives.
• Performs hiring, training, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Assumes Store Manager duties in absence of the Manager.
• Aims to meet or exceed labor and productivity goals.
• Maintains product quality, stocking, rotation, and freshness.
