Serv-U-Success in Wisconsin is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach teams, and ensure projects are completed with excellence. You will partner with the Store Manager to deliver outstanding execution and a safe, organized, customer-focused environment.

You will have opportunities to grow leadership skills, contribute to high-performing teams, and advance within a people-first culture. Weekend and weekday availability is required to support store needs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two or more years of retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Support daily store operations, including merchandising, product resets, remodels, and special projects.
• Lead assigned shifts and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Coach, train, and motivate team members while reinforcing company standards and best practices.
• Monitor project progress and help ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Build positive relationships with customers, store leadership, and team members.
• Promote a culture of safety by modeling safe work practices and maintaining clean, organized work areas.
• Utilize company technology and reporting systems to support daily operations and project execution.
