Serv-U-Success is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and develop high-performing teams. You will coach staff, manage merchandising and backroom organization, and partner with leadership to deliver outstanding results across customer relationships and operations.

The role begins with up to 90 days of frontline training with a Field Operations Manager, building the skills and confidence to lead your own store. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualificações

• Three or more years of management experience in retail or related field.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort using mobile technology and workforce management systems.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and travel between store locations.
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure outstanding execution.
• Plan daily priorities, delegate work, and ensure tasks are completed.
• Maintain high standards for merchandising, backroom organization, inventory availability, and store presentation.
• Partner with leadership to resolve issues quickly and build relationships.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and direction.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture.
• Coach employees to build their skills.
• Work to identify and develop high-potential talent.
• Use reporting tools to drive operations.
