Responsibilities

• Overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the grocery store.
• Managing and leading a team of staff and providing training and development opportunities.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ordering stock as required.
• Implementing and maintaining store policies and procedures.
• Ensuring the store complies with health and safety regulations.
• Dealing with customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Setting targets and goals for the store and staff, and implementing measures to achieve them.
• Developing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
• Monitoring store’s financial performance and finding ways to increase profitability.
• Ensuring the store layout is customer-friendly and products are easily accessible.
• Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitabilityMeet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
