Job summary

Floco Foods is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes growth through execution of merchandising programs, strong customer service, and financial accountability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 3-4 years progressive supermarket management experience.

Responsibilities

Implements and maintains an in-store sales-building culture with merchandising programs and weekly sales plans.
Provides high levels of customer satisfaction, courtesy and service throughout the store.
Accountable for achieving budgeted financial results.
Protects company assets including merchandise, cash, facilities and equipment; conducts weekly manager audits.
Controls store variances, including wage percent and other expenses.
Staffs the store, forecasts needs, recruits and trains; develops hi-potential and promotable individuals.
Communicates expectations to direct reports and conducts performance reviews.
Maintains store condition awareness via frequent store walks.
Trains and develops store management team to ensure growth.
