Job summary

MOM's Organic Market is seeking candidates for the Grocery Manager In Training (GMIT) program in the Silver Spring area. This structured program focuses on developing future store leaders through leadership training, an IDP with goals, and regular progress check-ins.

The program spans about 12–18 months, may involve two stores, and requires open scheduling across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Compensation is $24.00/hour during the program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and work across teams in a retail setting.
• Flexible schedule with availability including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership development with an Individual Development Plan and regular check-ins.
• Work across multiple MOM's locations to gain diverse store experience and management exposure.
