Job summary

MOM's Organic Market in Baltimore is launching the Grocery Manager In Training (GMIT) program, a structured path to grow MOM's future Grocery Managers with quality training and regular feedback. As a MOM's leader you will influence store environment and customer experience, with an Individual Development Plan (IDP) and multi-store exposure over a 12–18 month timeframe.

Compensation is $24/hour during the program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years related work experience.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math skills including weights and measures.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office desired.
