Job summary

Festival Foods in Darboy, WI is seeking a Grocery Clerk I to join our team as a part-time Grocery Stocker. You’ll keep shelves stocked, ensure product freshness, and maintain an orderly department to help guests shop quickly and feel welcomed.

You’ll bring a friendly attitude, teamwork, and safety awareness to procedures, with training provided for equipment like power jacks and forklifts. This role offers reliable scheduling in a fast-paced grocery environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• A helpful attitude and a commitment to excellent guest service.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to work efficiently and effectively with others.
• Awareness of safety requirements and policies policies, including proper lifting techniques and box cutter safety.
• Ability to operate equipment such as power jacks, fork lift, walk-behind lifts, balers, and compactors (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide helpful guest service with professionalism and care.
• Stock and display aisles, ensure products are fresh and in-date.
• Help guests locate products and offer suggestions.
• Receiving and inventory support, unload deliveries and maintain inventory.
• Collaborate with Grocery Department Manager and team to meet goals.
• Keep the department clean and organized.
• Address guest concerns with care and professionalism.
• Meet shelves stocking goals by designated times.
• Honor commitments with regular attendance and notice for absences.
• Support the team with other duties as assigned.
