Festival Foods is seeking a Grocery Clerk I to join our team in Holmen, WI. As a Grocery Clerk, you will stock shelves, keep products fresh, and ensure the store is clean and organized to help guests shop quickly and easily.

The role emphasizes friendly service, teamwork, and safety, with opportunities to operate equipment and support inventory management in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• A helpful attitude and a commitment to excellent guest service.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to work efficiently and effectively with others.
• Awareness of safety requirements and policies, including proper lifting techniques and box cutter safety.
• Ability to operate equipment such as power jacks, fork lift, walk-behind lifts, balers, and compactors (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide Helpful Service: greet guests and address questions with professionalism and care.
• Stock & Display: keep aisles stocked, in-date, and well-organized.
• Offer Assistance: help guests locate products and provide recommendations.
• Receiving & Inventory Support: unload deliveries and maintain inventory levels.
• Collaboration: work with the Grocery Department Manager and team to meet goals.
• Clean & Organize: maintain a clean, tidy department.
• Problem-Solving: address guest concerns with care.
• Meet Goals: ensure shelves are fully stocked by designated times.
• Honor Commitments: maintain regular attendance and arrange replacements as needed.
• Support the Team: perform other duties as assigned.
