• Provide Helpful Service: greet guests, answer questions, and address concerns with professionalism.
• Stock & Display: ensure aisles are stocked, products are in-date, and rotated.
• Offer Assistance: help guests locate products and provide alternatives when appropriate.
• Receiving & Inventory Support: unload deliveries and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Collaboration: work with Grocery Department Manager and team to meet goals.
• Clean & Organize: keep the department tidy and well-maintained.
• Problem-Solving: address guest concerns with care.
• Meet Goals: ensure shelves are fully stocked by designated times.
• Honor Commitments: maintain regular attendance and arrange replacements for absences.
• Support the Team: perform other duties as assigned.
