Qualifications

• Commitment to excellent guest service.

• Ability to operate equipment such as power jacks, fork lift, walk-behind lifts, balers, and compactors (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide helpful guest service and assist guests.
• Stock shelves, ensure freshness and correct rotation.
• Assist guests in locating products and offering alternatives.
• Unload deliveries and maintain inventory.
• Collaborate with Grocery Department Manager and team.
• Keep the department clean and organized.
• Address guest concerns professionally.
• Meet stocking goals and designated times.
• Maintain regular attendance and provide notice for absences.
• Other duties as assigned.
