Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking team members to maintain stock levels and ensure quality in our grocery department. You will display products according to standards, operate a pallet jack to move goods, and manage dated items to prevent waste.

You’ll also help customers, answer questions, and maintain a safe store environment. Ideal candidates are reliable, able to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting, and committed to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16; 18 to operate equipment; 21+ to drive per policy.

Responsibilities

• Maintains full stock on grocery displays and shelves.
• Operates pallet jack to unload pallets and reload returns.
• Ensures dated product is stocked or discarded appropriately.
• Maintains clean, safe, and sanitary working and shopping environment per procedures.
• Assists customers and fellow partners, answering questions and locating products.
