Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a grocery associate to maintain stock levels, ensure product quality, and promote customer service in our store. You’ll operate pallet jacks, rotate dated items, and assist customers all while upholding safety and company standards.

This role supports a fast-paced retail team across multiple departments and requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. As a valued partner, you’ll benefit from comprehensive medical, vision, dental, and prescription

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16
• On-the-job training typically provided
• Ability to operate pallet jack (18+ age) and other department equipment

Responsibilities

• Maintain full stock on grocery displays and shelves.
• Operate pallet jack to unload from warehouse and reload trucks with returns.
• Ensure dated products are rotated or discarded.
• Assist customers and fellow partners with questions and locate products.
• Promote sales through suggestive selling.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary store environment.
